Affordable Plan

There must be an affordable plan for a person that is just receiving GBI. This means the person must be able to acquire at least 1 telephone number where someone can reach out to them. An example of an affordable cost will be $10/month. While people earning minimum wage can afford something more expensive, keep in mind that those that are elderly, or disabled may not be able to work. If that is the case, then the GBI may be their only cash assistance benefit. It is essential that there is an affordable plan, and there must be a way where the customer can make and receive calls. Keep in mind, that unlimited domestic voice is still applicable even on the affordable plan.
